WHY I’M RUNNING
I’m running for City Council to change the conversation at City Hall to one that takes account of neighborhood concerns first. Right now, City Hall isn’t listening. Neighborhoods are the heart of Los Angeles, but too often our interests are put aside for those with the deepest pockets and the loudest voices. I’m running the same way I will represent the 4th District – by listening to all stakeholders, starting first with my residents and communities. This is the best way to ease conflicts and create a positive environment for growth and economic development in the City.
I know this District – I grew up here, I’ve lived most all of my adult life here. City Council is the level of government with the most day-to-day impact on people’s lives, and that’s where I want to be, helping people every day with the issues that matter to them.
